Enoughness
Contemplate this: We have enough, we do enough, we are enough.
How does that feel?
Close your eyes. Breath deep in through your nose. Feel the life of your breath fill you. Breath in as much as you can, hold it in your body for a moment, let it swirl around in your head, your heart, your limbs, your joints, and your bones and notice how it feels to be filled. Then, let it out of your mouth, as much breath as you can release, and hold with barely no breath in your body at all, and notice how it feels to be empty. Try it for another 5-10 breaths then resume the rhythm of your natural breathing.
How do you feel now?
It is my hope, that as a living, breathing being, you feel like enough. Your are enough.
