emotional tolerance: learning to be with and listen to emotions as messengers

 

We may be overly reliant on our brains in this culture, or as humans. There are reasons for this. And, in our worship of the importance of the human brain, we may have neglected the value and of the human heart and body, where we store our emotions. Emotional intelligence, awareness and expression are inherent gifts. Now that we’ve practiced slowing down a bit, coming into the now and learning to be, rather than planning and doing, we can begin to attune to our feelings better. This group coaching day will help us welcome and honor our emotions as messengers that guide us to our intuition. I will share my favorite tool/practice: Tara Brach’s RAIN meditation.
