Mindset Shifting: The impact of thoughts and beliefs on our well being and how to change them to support us better

The mind is such a powerful thing! It does everything from keeping us organized to directing our energy to telling us what we think of ourselves and others. It plans, creates, persists and achieves. AND, it can truly get in our way of being well because it sometimes works on overdrive and doesn’t treat us very nicely. Sometimes it just wont quit talking.

In this group coaching session, we will discuss how thoughts are different than emotions, and how they are related to our emotions, how we can use opposite thought to help calibrate our truth, and explore affirmations and other techniques to shift our mindset for improved wellness :)
