tuning inward: meditation basics and other Types of Meditations explored

 
 

There are many forms of meditation and we will explore what works for you and what else may work to build a practice that suits you. Some examples are sitting meditation, breath as life meditation, walking meditation, forest bathing, meditation for sleep, meditation for waking up, etc. After we discuss, we will try some, together! This day will be full of meditating! And sharing what happens after we do.
